UE5 for me. There was only a brief time that I couldn’t play those games. It was when intel was having that voltage degradation issue on their i9 processors. UE5 games crashed so much if you had the degradation (I did). I had to hold off on any of those games until I got a new CPU. Now I only am mildly suspicious of UE5 games because they tend to either run flawlessly or be terribly optimized, no real inbetween. I check reviews first on them.




I’ve run into a few of the people that brought over their “Redditness” in how they act in the comments. Never a pleasure.


Reddit is a cesspit of crap like this. It’s really a shame people do this because if the shoe was on the other foot, each and every one of the people dogpiling would cry foul if it happened to them. So glad I left that place but I am extra critical of Fediverse because of my experience with Reddit in the past.


Me too or supply rises to met demand with new companies, which can also lower the price. But I mostly want AI to fail.


Before I’d say building your own can be more cost effective, but I can’t even say that now with those RAM and GPU prices.
