AMD absolutely should release FSR4 INT8 for RDNA2 and RDNA3 owners as the upscaling quality it provides over FSR3 is worth the small performance hit.
AMD could potentially further improve the algorithm they’re using for FSR4 INT8 as the only reason we even know about FSR4 INT8 was because of an accidental early release to their Github repo.
