Today’s game is some more Halo: Reach PvP. I was working on my Solo Legendary run when one of my friends asked to play PvP, we got everyone together and just did some Social Games.
Our first game was a team slayer game on Reflection. It was pretty neck in neck but we ended up winning when one of our players got a well placed Sticky Grenade.
Following that one of our players got booted from our party and thrown into a CE game by himself. Somehow he ended up carrying his entire team. Meanwhile we tried to keep busy with a game of Halo Ball.
Only… none of us could figure out how to play Halo Ball, so we ended up just turning it into Slayer until our friend was done with his match.
After we got back in we got a game mode called Dino Blasters. We lost 18:25, but it was still good fun. This was our first brush with this game mode and we had never experienced it before so it was a bit of a challenge.
We ended up going back into matchmaking though, only to be met with the same gamemode… on the same map… with the same guys. We lost again. We entered matchmaking again only to once again be met with the same game mode. Luckily it was a different map, but still. After it became evident we weren’t getting any other matchups we turned it off for the night. Two of the players went to play Halo Wars together, while i went back to Reach Legendary Solo.
