Think it was this game that I went to play a while back and it needed an internet connection to start. So I didn’t play it but instead left the only review that I have ever made on Steam to not recommend it.

Haven’t heard that name in years.

I have not heard of Eden. I was a big fan of Yuzu but this was the first I’ve heard of it.

Requires secure boot so I can’t play it without risking messing up my main Linux installation. Even then it’s a lot of hassle to play one game that’s $90 CAD.

The regular multiplayer was great but it’s quite similar to Infinite’s multiplayer. I didn’t like Warzone and yeah the campaign really sucked.

Just wait until you hear what they did to Gary Bowser.

I’ve been looking at this for awhile and I have no idea what this post is trying to convey.

I will, thanks. That’s why I would prefer a 64 bit Steam installation.

I’m not a fan of flatpaks. I try to avoid them when I can.

Not worried about storage but it adds a mess of packages and if I remember right in some cases you need to add i386 repositories into the sources list. As for the game libraries, they’re generally kept contained when downloading from Steam. Besides, any old Windows games will have the runtimes handled by Proton and new Linux native games are new enough to be 64 bit.

You need to download a bunch of i386 dependencies on Linux.
