Back in 2011 or so someone told me it was a game where you could do anything: build anything anywhere, craft, fight, explore an unlimited world… But without mentioning the graphics and that it was made with cubes. I was a kid back then, so I believed it would be realistic graphics. Imagine my disappointment when they showed it to me.

But I actually watched some videos after and tried it myself and absolutely loved it.

I’m really looking forward to a game for the first in years, Arc raiders, probably because it’s a new studio and hasn’t been enshittified yet. Damn I’ve missed that feeling, but might be because of growing up and not having time to play much, and because the number of new games. Hard to keep up with upcoming releases

Nfc payments. Google pay doesn’t work. I believe any other doesn’t work either but Im not 100% sure. I never used them

Payments don’t work, because of the play integrity api. But the bank apps that I use do work, even though they didn’t in my previous phone that was running a custom ROM with magisk to hide the tampering. GrapheneOs supplies their signatures so that app developers can support it, but I imagine not all will.

For me it has been a great experience so far. Installation was easy and fast, the privacy settings are great and almost everything works for me just fine. I had a couple of issues that was able to fix by searching for it on their forums, which is quite active

If you like survivals and base building I recommend Grounded, it’s a really well made game and lots of fun

Just use the latest and disable internet permission

I love that one. I’m currently using Google sans mono which is great as well.
