Some people said the same thing about gay marriage.

Dumb bigot: “The gays are marrying? Now my marriage is not as good”

I had a Commodore 64. I played Ultima 3 and Archon (wizard’s chest) as my first games I really liked.

I didn’t know this. I guess to me, playing a game is not the same activity as enjoying porn. But now I know. Thanks.

This is great that Linux gamers take the time to submit quality bug reports.

I also put in reviews of games that work with Linux and give my PC specs and Linux Distribution.

I about 120 hours paly time and still on Act 1 in Baldur’s Gate 3. I have a problem. I want to pick up everything and sell it. That takes a lot of time. I also switch my party around all the time to try to work companions quests

I think most people pick a group and stick with that group. Also most people don’t need to pick up a fork and sell it. I may have to change my play style it i want to finish the game anytime soon.

Oh and I am loving this game. It plays very well with my Ubuntu/Nvidia/Steam PC.

Yea the cinematics was the only thing missing in Divinity 2. The voice acting is great. I think Larian knew this when they started Baldur’s Gate 3 and made the big commitment to correct this.

Yep. Only a couple of weeks now.

Baldur’s Gate 3 has a community in the Fediverse.

I have been replaying Divinity 2. I had forgotten how good this game plays and looks. AND I was watching a “Let’s Play” of DOS2 and noticed I missed some areas and stuff I didn’t know I could do. So much dept and different ways to do things.

I was replaying DOS2 on my Linux gaming PC with an XBox controller because I think the controller will play similar on Baldur’s Gate 3.

Fun days ahead soon exploring the world of Faerun and Baldur’s Gate.

I’ve been a fan of Larian since Divinity 1 because there was a lot of quality for that little game. And they stepped it up for Divinity 2. Divinity 2 looks so good, has great story telling, great voice acters, and many different ways to do things and styles of play, i.e. choice. So I bought the EA version of the game as soon as it was available because I felt I had a relationship with Larian and could trust they would make a great game. And Larian when up a many steps with the quality and dept of this game. They listen to the EA players and had many changes and improvements. It wasn’t a mechanism for microtransactions but a great game with dizzying choices. The game was made with passion and obliously a work of love. AAA developers should take note of why this company is successful. Gamers don’t want microtransactions, NFTs, small games that you have to buy the expansion to get the whole story.

Larian Studios will deserve their fame this game will bring them. Hey AAA developers, look at how it done.

I watched Larian’s segment on Tactician difficulty and it was brutal. The AI of the mobs is cracked up and they take any advantage in the area.

This game will be a big hit. There is so many ways to play this game with so many choices that the replay value is there. Larian Studios created this game as a labor of love and it shows.

There is PC controller support. The early access build doesn’t have it or the new character creator.

I was part of that subreddit and welcome them to the Fediverse. But I’m in kbin and my efforts to join them are not working. Hope there is a fix for this soon.

Side question: Is there a website with a list of all interest/communities and its address so we could just search that website and add all the sites we wanted to kbin?

I ordered one to replace my nest hub AND Amazon tablet. I had the old Pixel tablet and liked it…a long time ago.
