Larian is the only studio where I believe the hype.

I enjoy the exploration and vibe of the game. Have a ton of hours on it, but I am always left wanting more end game. This is likely a situation where the game doesn’t want to offer what I am looking for, and that’s okay.

I play once a year, or so, to catch up on the updates and have a ton of fun every time.

The problem with the Internet is that it amplifies minority negative voices. Hundreds of thousands of people played that game and 100 pieces of shit get on reddit and be assholes and it gives all of their players bases a bad name. It’s the same across anything. My read is that Marathon is going to be a massive flop. They are charging a box price for it. It’s not a style of game that many destiny players will flock to, and it’s not unique enough for extraction shooter players to leave their games for.
