Well, steam isn’t just a marketplace. A marketplace would be just a place to buy keys, or similar. Steam is an ecosystem, with a market, and a launcher, and a community hub, and a modding platform. The multiplayer integration that many games rely on for matchmaking/lobbies. And every game on steam uses at least steam’s DRM, where you are required to connect to the Internet every now and then to verify ownership of your library.
They have been the only platform to really try to support Linux though, and have made huge strides in the last few years. Steam is a big enough influence on the games economy that some of their choices become industry standards. And the 30% cut is the price devs pay to get into their system.

I don’t think that I’d tell people it’s only worth a few hours, but I do expect a large portion of those sales to only last for a few hours.
Some people love the vampire survivors/risk of rain/megabonk game type though, my partner has put around 100 hours into vampire survivors by now. So I expect a core of players to enjoy returning to updates.

I’m pretty sure you can run Graphene on other devices than the pixel, it’s the only officially supported for hardware security chip reasons, but the user experience is probably pretty close to the same regardless of device.
I’m having a hard time finding builds for non-pixels, but you may be able to find and test run it on something else.
https://www.ebay.com/itm/186882061984 Pricing is really location based but a used pixel 8 looks to be around $300-$350.

Oh there is absolutely a group that prints their own, and before that there were re-molds that were made based on the real ones.
From what I understand, (friends play) they aren’t allowed in “official” sponsored matches, so if you really want to compete big you have to have real armies. But also they have printed one of those $800 models because most people don’t have the cash to throw at stuff like that.
So I’m sure there are some diehard people that only think official models should be used but it doesn’t seem common.

So it’s a type of thermobaric weapon. It’s composed of magnesium hydride, which holds hydrogen more effectively than pressurized gas tanks, and it releases that hydrogen when detonated by a primer charge. It then ignites all that released hydrogen mixed with air to make a very impressive fireball.
A better name than “non-nuclear hydrogen bomb” exists, but would probably be longer and more specific. Hydride thermobaric bomb maybe.

I was going to say the same thing. A “send to camp” button, scrap button, and most small stuff is weightless, is the sum of the articles praise.
For sure a nice quality of life feature if the focus of your RPG is elsewhere, but there are games where the choice of what to carry and keep is a driving part of the gameplay.
I have, very satisfying to watch such a well planned and executed level.
