The second half of Catfriends response is so…strange. Like there is a code in there somehow. Like when captive soldiers blink morse code to signal theyre in danger on a terrorist video. Thats how it feels to me anyway.

Says its the final release in august. So wonder how long it will live. Perhaps it was back and left again?

the hunter call of the wild is my go to for depression gaming. very peaceful generally, walking around tracking animals. if you follow the story you often times end up cleaning up a reserve from trash and left behind tents etc. the hunting is ethical in the story too. gotta keep populations low because yada yada. its gorgeous aswell, very slow. really a good one. and every now and then you’ll encounter a mythical animal and track it for 4 real world hours tryna get it for your trophy case.

This might be a quicker solution than replacing the stick. Thnx

It still is ahead of its time. I think it was the learning curve that held it back. There wasn’t really a tutorial for how to use it fully. But through the years it grew on me and paired to my steamdeck on tv. It’s my main way to play now.

I know this is gonna sound crazy but switching the triggers so left is zoom and right is fire changed everything for me. If your aiming with your left thumb and also using your left finger to fire it throws off your aim.

I’ve got 2 and my main ones thumbstick is worn down to the plastic under the rubber now.

If they release a new version I will buy it in a heartbeat.

Rechargeables get stuck and are waaaay harder to remove than regular because they’re just a bit bigger. I have solved this with a loop of sticky tape around the batteries so I got a bit of a pull tab when using them. so it works…but not perfectly
