This really feels like AMD’s “don’t you guys have phones” moment.

You guys realize you don’t have to buy these things, right? When they raise prices you don’t have to get angry and still buy.

This is likely easily remedied with an extension to tell Peacock you’re on a supported system. Artificial incompatibility.

I’m a professional graphic designer that dumped Adobe years back and I’ve been able to keep working using open source design applications.

Nvidia creates problem then creates solution and charges a premium for it. Industry smells money and starts including said problem in games. AMD gets left behind and tries to play catch up. Offers open source implementations of certain technologies to try and also create solution. Gamers still buy Nvidia.

My dream has been to have a phone that works like a phone until I get home and plug in a monitor and kbm then it’s a full fledged PC. Think Dex but not shitty Samsung Android. While I’m dreaming while docked it could also utilize a desktop grade GPU.

So you’re comparing a handheld system with full on desktops and consoles… No need to figure the “discussion” then.

Tell me how it’s slow? If you turn on fps counters and your goal is to make that number go higher then you’re not using the deck to play games.

What are you playing that needs more then the deck currently offers?

Or you know buy an AMD card and quit giving your money to the objectively worse company.
