The game was great. Definitely not perfect, as a lot of the open world stuff was samey, but the combat was so good I almost didn’t give a shit.

Yeah horse fuck valley sucked. So did the optional area in the iron king. That gauntlet up to the blue smelter demon sucked. But other than that they are awesome.

DS2 DLC was amazing. So much better than the base game.

I got so damn bored. After 40 hours I put the game down and said to myself “I don’t think I’ll be playing this again.” It just all seemed so pointless.

No it doesn’t. I tried to play it for the first time last year. It is extremely dated.

Not surprised. It’s OK. Played 40 hours and then got bored. Haven’t touched it since. No real incentive to go back to it.
