And I’m thankful for that because, when the promotion was right, I bought one. Warhawk, MAG, Demons souls and KZ2. What a great generation of games.

This happened with the ps3, the chief at playstation at the time said we wouldnt be able to find them at retail. My friends and I made some fun snapping pics of them sitting on shelves.

We were way into the game news scene at the time.

Very interesting results, especially with the rise of AI Bot driven interviews who could filter people out over it.

Yes, no desire for all the things that will have to come with this upgrade. I want a huge boost, so sitting out this first wave.

Yea here’s hoping. I’m skipping the 7000 series parts and sticking with my 5800x3d, I really want a higher core part that still has all the single ccd x3d advantages, since I game and do CPU heavy work on the same rig.

I feel like I’ve been hearing about AMDs “next” CPU having dozens of cores on a bunch of chiplets for the last few generations, then the main gaming consumer parts end up with 6 or 8 or something.

Good for the homelab maybe, do these chips have good encode decode support.

Yea and that first one should be enough to require Sony to issue refunds to those impacted. The second is personal choice and opinion I guess, if you worry about those things then this is a problem.

I feel like an outlier here, but this doesn’t bother me at all. I’ve been linking accounts across platform for probably decades. Maybe I would find it slightly annoying if I only had a PC account.

Maybe a bit north during winter, with cold hazards, mutated forests etc.

I love when owners give a sassy response, or when a one star review tells a story about the owner that makes me laugh.

My favorite local pizza shop is several generations family run, everything from scratch, and everything is done a certain way. I know everyone who works there and has ever worked there, and when me and the boys read this review, even though we all moved away, we knew it was true because it’s completly on brand.

Best Pizza going, but their menu is on bristle board and they don’t do complicated orders.

I want to make a movie so painfully obvious in its satire that everyone who understands it lives in perpetual psychological torment inflicted on them by all the people who don’t.

Brutal. He did it too, he did it.

What an amazing piece of dialogue, it invokes a paradox. The way to achieve eternal life for a trooper is to die in glorious combat. So the answer is both yes and no.

What a great film, too bad there were no sequels.

I feel like the targeted killings are funny, but the reports on the PSN and the doxxing are way too far, just ugly stuff.

So were the past leaks related to staff working at home? The article doesn’t say, or I missed it.

It’s no different from VLTs and other gambling products. Not everyone will become addicted, but they are designed to addict. You and me might drop a dollar here or there and move on, but for every ten of us, there is 1 who gets addicted and drops a paycheque a month on this stuff.

If what they’re saying is true, that it looked like they had to use so many resources to support the game it would fundamentally change them into a live services studio from a narrative driven single player studio, then I’m glad they took this decision.

I first played tlou2 when I got the ps5, played it to platinum. I’m pumped for this release and the new modes.

Just finished Sea of Stars on PS5, true ending. Loved the way they improved on most aspects of SNES era RPGs , I just wish the story had been as impactful as the awesome gameplay, but I compare everything to Nier Automata so the bar is high.

Picked up Star Ocean First Departure R, and almost immediately regretted it, especially in comparison to Sea of Stars. Wandering aimlessly trying to trigger the next event , talking to every NPC in the village trying to move the plot along with barely a clue on where to go, that old design may have worked in 1996 but it’s just not worth the time anymore.

I think I’ll drop it and maybe try Starfield on the PC, or I’ve got final fantasy stranger of paradise sitting in my unplayed collection.

I bought it for less than that from a pawn shop during the peak hate. I remember the pawn guy being like “that ones got real bad reviews” and I said “I’ll try any game for $14”.
I tucked it away for a year or so and then loved it.

I’ve really been enjoying Brotato premium edition on android and steam. It says it uses no permissions on android but no idea what info they get when you buy it.

Thanks for listing those other games, I’m going to go check them out.

Edit: and I’ve been playing shattered pixel dungeon for 2 minutes and know I will love it.

Damn does the whole block brown out when you plug it in?

My Bolt gets , simplify, 400 km on 60 kW or 15.0 kw/100 km efficiency. It can charge at 30-50 KWH from a big old DC fast charge station in 1.5 hours or so.

This thing gets 1200km, equivalent to 180 kW, in 10 minutes? Is it charging at 900kwh or is it operating on the road at 5kw/100km or something in between? Either way I’ll believe it when I see it. As far as I know 360kwh or so is the max right now.

Yea, if there’s one thing the 40 series has been good for it’s making my 30 series purchase look good.
