UE5 can run fine on older hardware, but most devs either aren’t given the time to properly optimize or don’t give a fuck about it and would rather rely on upscaling and frame gen tech.

They aren’t “new” patents. They’re divisional patents, essentially splitting an older patent into two different patents that retain the date of the parent patent.

They also recently started pre-orders for a figure that features a half destroyed Torii Gate which is a kind religous symbol and on top of that they have a character sitting on the Torii Gate. Any damaged Torii Gate must be taken down or repaired, the only broken one allowed to exist in japan is one that half survived the bombing of nagasaki.
Don’t forget them being hypocritical again for suing google/apple for being monopolistic because they don’t want to have to go through them for payment.
Not defending it but it has to be a pretty long period, i have played their game or used their launcher in a few years and have not gotten any email about my account getting deleted.
Do you have a general reason? Giving the name of the game doesn’t do much when i don’t know why you didn’t like it.
