I’m not mad I just don’t trust the Devs of Star Citizen. I think their monetization as a whole reeks of a scam and I don’t understand why people defend it.
Oh it’s not one tech demo, it’s several. They aren’t connected. If they aren’t connected it isn’t a game. People just don’t want to admit they were scammed when they “bought” that fancy ship in that “game”.
I didn’t even know that game existed until I saw headlines saying it failed. It wasn’t marketed well and I would bet that was on purpose. I think they knew it was terrible, why else wouldn’t they try to sell it?
I’m happy for you if you do, I just can’t justify spending what publishers are asking most of the time. Every now and then a title comes along that for me is worth it, those times are getting more and more infrequent as the prices climb.
Any sequel to Baldur’s Gate 3 is going to have to be better than any developer will be able to deliver with Hasbro sticking their nose in the development process. (which you know they will because of how well BG3 did)
The PC version is a much older release. GameSpy was a thing when it came out, I don’t think it’s a good benchmark for how this upcoming rerelease is going to be.
Sounds like the ol’ slippery slope argument.
