I’m kinda in the same boat. I have an old gaming laptop that just barley didn’t make the win11 arbitrary cut. Not because it was below spec, it was way above. Just because it was too “old”. I installed Bazzite. But I do have a top tier premium gaming PC I built recently that’s still on Win11 with Dualboot with Bazzite.

Bazzite is great, but it still has the failure(maybe it’s not failure to you and me, but the average gamer) is that most stuff isn’t just, download .exe, run that .exe there are loops and frameworks that need to be installed through command lines. The average user will give up there really quickly.

Technically you can with Bazzite.

To add, Nintendo goes after dumb parents and kids. Anyone that knows anything about tech play on better hardware or build PCs. Now with the PC handhelds Nintendo scrammed and raised prices. People will continue to buy them because their kids want them.

Even before that. Nintendo went after small time Smash Bros tournaments. Giving them CND. Never gave them a cent after that, and I didn’t even play in those tourneys

If this happens to me I’ll just install grapheneOS

Warframe’s MTX is so fair too. All of it can be earned in game, get items sell items for Platinum (paid currency) get the item from the shop.

The exception is the Fan made skins that are a few bucks. But those directly support the fan created skins.

Warframe is mostly pay-2-convenience.

The latest story expansion Warframe 1999 was phenomenal. If you havent played it yet, definitely follow through the main story it’s all tied together. One of the best stories that continue to deliver.

People need to stop buying them. Be patient. Get them on sale or sail the seas.

They should just sell a pre made PC that you can upgrade. That runs windows and xbox os.

All those hours were till HoT came out and a bit post launch. Haven’t done all that much in the 2nd epac, the dragon one was decent. But also didn’t keep my interest. I wish it was more like GW1 honestly.

this game is on steam now. I’m sure it still makes you sign into Ubisoft, doesn it also force you to use their launcher?

I bed to differ. Microsoft has done a ton of good in the recent years with PC gamepass, all their titles available on PC and even many on steam. Sure Sony was fantastic in up till PS3, PS4 and PS5t have gone down hill. Worst payment structure, and their PS equivalent of gamepass is/was awful. On the plus side PS has been adding a couple games a year later after their respective launch onto Steam.

Perhaps, it seems they are only doing it because Sony won’t play nice. There would have to be some sort of agreement between the two titans. Nintendo won’t play nice ever.

Amazing. Hopefully that company moves into the 21st century and allows crossplay to all their online games, and perhaps even a step further and redecuding exclusive games and add release more PC games.

After they lied that their first major DLC will be free. I’m happy to wait till Phantom Liberty is 50% off or more. Not going to forget it’s launch. Review embargoes. Last gen performance. B roll footage forced into reviews to hide all the bugs.

Right? Seems like their priorities are all over the place. No reason for Darktide to be 10 months of next to zero content and now VT2 gets a new class.

FS promised one new class every quarter for Darktide, and none so far.

Though, darktide is coming to Xbox now 😆
